NEPSE Declines by Double Digits to Settle at 2,744.45 Level – |

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) recorded a double digit loss today, declining by 25.81 points (0.93%) to settle at 2,744.45. This comes after double digit fall of of 26.16 points in the previous trading session on Yesterday.


The benchmark index opened at 2771.25 and reached an intraday high of 2,774.16, while the day’s low stood at 2,734.33. Total turnover for the day amounted to Rs. 4.98 Arba, with 12,134,360 shares traded across 351 companies through 104,005 transactions. The total market capitalization stood at Rs. 46.80 Kharba, with a float market capitalization of Rs. 15.59 Kharba.

 

Reliance Spinning Mills Limited (RSML) topped the turnover chart, recording transactions worth Rs. 24.19 crores. The company’s stock closed at Rs. 3,810.10.


Corporate Development Bank Limited (CORBL) Led the gainer’s list with 13.81 %. The Stock closed at Rs. 2,678.00.


Meanwhile, 10% KBL Debenture 2090 (KBLD90) recorded the Highest fall, falling by 11.46 %, the last traded price of the company was Rs. 1,288.30.


Among sectors, the Trading Index registered the highest gain, gaining 1.09%, while Hotels And Manufacturing And Processing index recorded highest fall, falling by 2.24%.
