Not from hospitality? That’s not necessarily a barrier. The programme considers high-performing managers from other industries on a case-by-case basis, and if you’re accepted, you’ll start with a two-to-three-week Hospitality Immersion Programme to get you up to speed before the course begins.
From there, the curriculum, designed in consultation with industry leaders, covers Leadership and Change Management, Revenue Management, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Services Marketing, and International Events Management.
