Crizac has agreed to acquire 100% of Inova Consultancy Limited, known as Inova Education, as the student recruitment platform expands its operations in Mexico and Europe.
The proposed acquisition, through Crizac’s wholly owned subsidiary Crizac Ltd, includes Inova’s recruitment platform, university partnership portfolio, commercial contracts, operational processes and business infrastructure, with Inova continuing to operate independently under Crizac’s ownership.
Crizac already has a presence in Mexico through its 2025 acquisition of Studies Planet, an education agency operating across Colombia, Peru, Mexico, Brazil, Chile and Argentina.
Mexico and the Netherlands represent increasingly important markets within global education

The latest deal will add Inova’s established recruitment operations in Mexico and its relationships with universities in the UK and the Netherlands. Crizac said it would also mark the company’s entry into the Netherlands as a destination market and support recruitment from Mexico into the country and wider Europe.
“This acquisition reflects our continued commitment to investing in quality partnerships and sustainable international growth,” said Vikash Agarwal, chairman and managing director of Crizac.
“Inova’s relationships with universities and its deep operational experience across Mexico and the Netherlands complement Crizac’s global scale, digital capabilities and international reach.”
Agarwal described Mexico and the Netherlands as “increasingly important markets within global education”, adding that the deal would strengthen Crizac’s ability to connect institutions and students across the two markets.
Crizac listed on Indian stock exchanges in July 2025, when the company outlined plans to expand into new destinations and move beyond recruitment into areas including education finance and other student services.
Inova founder Eric Wijmenga will join Crizac as regional director for the UK and Europe, leading its recruitment strategy, university partnerships and business development across the region.
“I’ve spent more than 25 years working in higher education, including building relationships with universities across Europe. Joining Crizac gives that work a global platform, technology and reach to support many more students and institutions in Mexico and as we expand further into Europe,” he said.
The agreement follows Crizac’s acquisition of a 37.41% stake in Indian education finance and visa-preparation company ForeignAdmits in June this year.
“We share a common commitment to innovation, quality partnerships and student success,” Wijmenga said. “I’m excited about the opportunities this partnership will create for universities, recruitment partners and students.”
